Rexhepi

Mr. Rexhepi is an Attorney at Law and the Director of “INVICTA” LLC – a legal and   business consulting company.

He graduated in law at the University of Prishtina, Faculty of Law and holds a Master of Laws – LLM Degree in International and US Comparative Law from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law.

Mr. Rexhepi has obtained his qualification as an attorney since 2004.  In April 2010, he established his own company and has been actively involved in court litigation, with a special focus on property and business matters, as well as civil and criminal litigation in general.

Besides his formal education, he has participated and successfully completed training at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), trainings on diplomatic skills and negotiation at the US Peace Institute, including alternative dispute resolution, international sales and business transactions in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and is a certified judicial trainer in Kosovo.

For over ten years, Mr. Rexhepi, had an extensive professional experience in a number of international organisations, such as the United Nations (UN) and Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), where he was directly engaged in drafting laws and regulations and advised the government on good governance, human rights and rule of law.

During his professional career, Mr. Rexhepi has worked in the banking sector, where he was directly engaged in providing counselling to the bank management on bank policies and regulations, transactions, credit risk assessment, including bank representation, negotiations and court litigation.

Since January 2007, he lectures at the University of Business and Technology (UBT), Department of Law, Political Science and Diplomacy on the following subjects: The United States Constitution and its Political System and International Organizations and Human Rights.

He speaks several languages and is fluent in Albanian, English, Serbian and Macedonian.
